The secluded course smoothly rises and falls along the famous Yorkshire Moors. A particular highlight is the magnificent view afforded by the vantage point at the 13th tee. It is a stunning panorama that encapsulates the surrounding moorland, the Yorkshire Wolds and Hambleton Hill, all areas of striking natural beauty. The course at Kirkbymoorside is classic parkland in its character, which, at 6,200 yards from the white tees, presents an appealing challenge to golfers of all skill levels. Eight par-4s of over 400 yards are sure to test ball-striking, while tight, undulating greens demand an imaginitive short-game and craft with the putter.
