Course Description
Established in 1898 Worcester Golf and Country Club boasts a long and distinguished history. The parkland course, designed by renowned golf course architect Dr Alister MacKenzie, is a golfing masterpiece blending natural beauty with strategic play. The course begins by teeing off in front of the clubhouse reminiscent of the Augusta National, the Azaleas that frame the green of the final hole reflect the beauty of one of the regions most attractive courses. Venue for the Midland Amateur Championship in 2023 Worcester Golf and Country Club is not only a beautiful venue but also a challenging par 70 6251 yard course. The clubhouse is a grade 11 listed building built in 1725. It offers a relaxed atmosphere with a choice of full meals and bar snacks served either in the Spike Bar, Lounge Bar ,terrace or dinning room. Events can be formal or casual and Societies or Groups have the option where to dine and conduct presentations and prizes.
