Course Description

TOWNELEY GOLF Course was established in 1932 and has been providing golf and clubhouse facilities to the area ever since. It was originally established as a nine-hole course designed by James Braid, but was later expanded to the layout we see today. Towneley is tougher than the yardage may suggest with recent changes bringing new water hazards and bunkers to several holes. The clubhouse has all the facilities you would expect and provides for a relaxing environment in which to enjoy a drink or meal after a game.
